    This is as calculated a statement as Moran’s and Warners’s support for the “Right to Work.” If Armstrong is threatened by a factual statement, then wait for the reality of union membership ambivalence. But I suppose the Democratic Party of Virginia can win statewide with neither the grassroots nor union support.
