We all are well aware of the energy, enthusiasm, talents, and hard work that the AYDs bring each year to our operations here in Arlington, but it is particularly gratifying to see that their efforts are also recognized and appreciated by their peers across the state. AYD sets the gold standard for young Democratic organizing here in Virginia, and I hope you will join me in congratulating AYD President Jamie Lockhart, Immediate Past President Gordon Simonett, and their entire AYD team for this well-deserved honor.
