For anyone who ever claims how “nasty,” “vicious,” etc. Democratic primaries are, totally ignoring the fact that Republicans are much, much nastier than anything Democrats could ever come up with, I present to you, “Blood Money” (subtle, eh?) by the pro-Newton Leroy, “Winning Our Future” Super PAC (against Bob McDonnell’s BFF Willard “Mitt the Ripper” Romney). See the “flip” for how “Winning the Future” describes this short movie. Also, click here for the DNC’s take on “Romney’s Involvement in Damon Corporation’s Medicare Fraud.” Finally, I’d just note that there’s one big winner from all this intra-Republican bloodletting (see the diary I posted last night on Sarah Palin’s tirade against the Republican establishment) – Barack Obama. All I want is for this wonderful, glorious Republican campaign to go on…and on…and on…all spring and into early summer, if possible, leaving as much bitterness in its wake as possible. That’s not too much to ask, is it now? 🙂

Debating in Tampa, Florida in late-January, while falsely characterizing Newt Gingrich’s income from his government consulting work, Mitt Romney denied that Bain did “any work with the government like Medicaid and Medicare”. Now we learn that Bain, under Romney’s “supervision”, purchased and ran the Damon Corporation, who pled guilty to Federal conspiracy charges as a result of tens of millions of dollars in systemic Medicare fraud committed under Romney’s and Bain’s control. Damon was fined over $119-million which was, at the time, the largest criminal healthcare fine in Massachusetts history and Mr. Romney’s participation was characterized in 1996 by Corporate Crime Reporter thusly: “As manager and board member of Damon Corp, Mitt Romney sits at the center of one of the top 15 corporate crimes of the 1990’s.” Watch the substantiated mini-documentary, BLOOD MONEY: MITT ROMNEY’S MEDICARE SCANDAL, to learn the truth about Mitt Romney.

Combine this with John McCain’s 200 pages of opposition research on Romney, and it looks like Dems get to save a lot of time and money digging this stuff up.

      Hey, outsourcing does work!

We should get this out in Virginia to help Ron Paul out.  Also this great endorsement video for Ron Paul should help.  You have to watch the whole thing to get the “Ron Paul 2012” chanting. “Read the Consitooshun”
