OK, this isn’t really the Democratic theme song for 2012, but the Obama campaign’s going to be using it at rallies, and it really sums up in many ways what progressives and Democrats are all about – taking care of all our own, not just the wealthiest and most powerful (as in Willard “Mitt” Romney’s case). Anyway, great stuff from one of America’s greatest musicians ever, and also one of its greatest champions of working people ever — Bruce Springsteen.
Now, for the Republican’t theme song for 2012 (or at least it should be their theme song), see the “flip.” 😉
Unfortunately, I couldn’t find a song entitled, “We Take Care of The Top 1%!” or “I’ve Got Mine So F*** You,” but this is good enough. 😉
