Here are a few national and Virginia news headlines, political and otherwise, for Wednesday, January 6. - Ted Cruz Thinks Donald Trump Is Too Soft on Immigration (“Yes, the Texas senator is moving to Trump’s right. And that has the GOP losing its mind.” I’ve been saying for a long time that Cruz is even more extreme and nastier than Trump.)
- Obama’s royal pain (“The U.S.-Saudi partnership may be bending toward a breaking point.” We should get off of oil ASAP and tell the Saudis to screw themselves.)
