Great letter, thanks to those who signed it (note: I also hear that Sen. Adam Ebbin agreed to sign, but the letter already went out). I see a few glaring omissions on here, first and foremost Sen. Barbara Favola (D-Arlington). Does anyone know why Favola didn’t sign? (UPDATE: I hear it might be “work related,” although not 100% sure what that means. I also am hearing that Gov. McAuliffe is “ok with the change;” if true, that would be par for the course for someone who cares first and foremost about $$$)

Thanks to these Senators and Delegates for sticking up for transparency, democracy and balance at Northern Virginia’s high profile, rapidly growing public university.

But I can’t resist noting that if they stick with the name “ASSLAW”, it would be fitting to have Ken Cuccinelli come and lecture on his favorite topic, sodomy…
