From the Rip Sullivan for Delegate campaign:

Senator Barbara Favola, Delegate Kaye Kory, Planned Parenthood Advocates of Virginia, Planned Parenthood Metropolitan Washington DC Action Fund and NARAL Pro-Choice Virginia will be in attendance
On Thursday, several pro-choice leaders will hold a press conference with Rip Sullivan, the Democratic nominee for Delegate in Virginia's 48th House district.
Joining Sullivan at the press conference will be representatives from the Planned Parenthood Advocates of Virginia and NARAL Pro-Choice Virginia, as well as Shelly Livingston, the chair of the Board of Planned Parenthood Metropolitan Washington DC Action Fund. The chairs of both the Senate and House Women's Reproductive Health Caucuses, Senator Barbara Favola and Delegate Kaye Kory, will also be in attendance and making statements.
“When Dave Foster ran for Attorney General in 2009 with Ken Cuccinelli, he sent out direct mail claiming to be, among other things, 'pro-life,'” said Sullivan. “Unlike Mr. Foster, I believe reproductive health decisions should be left to a woman and her doctor, and government shouldn't have any role in that decision-making.”
“We've seen some pretty egregious attacks on women's health care in Richmond the past few years,” said Senator Favola. “We don't need another Republican in Richmond telling women what they can and cannot do with their bodies. I know Rip Sullivan trusts women and he will fight to ensure that personal health care decisions remain private.

The press conference will take place Thursday at 2pm outside the Courthouse on the side of the jail, right off of N Courthouse Road. Members of the media wishing to attend should RSVP to Jarrod Nagurka.
