The link above to cavalierdaily entitled "Gov. signs 13 energy bills " is blocked by my antivirus software and it has never been exceptionally persnickety about blocking sites. Just wondering if others have had similar incidents.  

I just checked - no problems. (0.00 / 0)
Every anti-virus program's different, though, so who knows.
