Join members of Virginia’s progressive community for a series of workshops that will empower Virginians to respond to and defeat the radical policies being promoted by Ken Cuccinelli and Bob McDonnell.
In the first nine months of the McDonnell/Cuccinelli Administration, they have repudiated health care reform, denied climate change, advocated discrimination against the LBGT community, proposed repressive measures against immigrants, and most recently, attacked a woman’s right to choose. This must stop. Together we can, we will stop this assault on commonsense and common decency.
The workshops include presentations on how to communicate to neighbors and family about threats posed by McDonnell and Cuccinelli as well as strategies and methods for building a base of Virginians willing and prepared to speak out and take action to oppose the radical McDonnell/Cuccinelli agenda.
