- Virginia state senator questions Stoney’s efforts to improve school facilities; Stoney blames General Assembly (“Invoking the landmark Supreme Court case that integrated U.S. schools, a Virginia state senator is questioning Richmond’s efforts to fix the poor condition of its school facilities, while Mayor Levar Stoney is blaming the state for the funding shortfall.” Bill Stanley is such a joke.)
