Brown as an independent candidate…in the 2nd Congressional District of Virginia…is pervaded with fraud and Ms. Brown’s eligibility to be listed on the November general election ballot as a candidate for VA-2 invalid…If you do not take action by noon this Friday, August 10, 2018, we intend to seek judicial intervention.”
