What Will the McGuireWoods report on Ralph Northam’s Eastern Virginia Medical School yearbook photos say? We’ll find out shortly, I guess…if we have any confidence in McGuireWoods, aka “Virginia’s Shadow Government,” to conduct a proper investigation, that is.
