It’s good to see Del. Jay Jones (D-HD89) asking Attorney General Mark Herring for guidance on this issue, before the 2020 General Assembly gets into debating various bills.
UPDATE: Del. Lashrecse Aird (D-HD63) agrees that clarity is needed.
