The “Breaking Through News” folks do excellent work and have produced many fine stories about Virginia politics, but for my money, the following – just released – is the best yet. Check out the BRUTAL – and very, very deserved – mocking of the odious Senate Minority Leader Tommy Norment and his even MORE odious colleague, Sen. Mark Obenshain (R), regarding their antics the other day. Hilarious…and spot on!
- “This week, Senators Mark Obenshain and Tommy Norment had complete meltdowns during debate over Senate bill 277.”
- “Here’s Obenshain visibly shaken and upset with the bill’s proposal…”
- “Maybe in Norment’s defense, he thinks it is his right to put Fairfax in his place, but it’s quite obvious who’s in charge in the Virginia Senate – and it’s not Norment and it’s definitely not Obenshain.”
