It looks like it’s going to be a crowded field of Democrats vying to replace Del. Elizabeth Guzman – who is running for Lt. Governor – in HD31. See below for a press release from Rod Hall, who joins Idris O’Connor, Kara Pitek and Katlyn Page in the race, so far. In his announcement, Hall lists endorsements by: Del. Hala Ayala (D-HD51), Del. Luke Torian (D-HD52), State Sen. Jeremy McPike (D-SD29), State Sen. Scott Surovell (D-SD36), Potomac District Supervisor Andrea Bailey, Neabsco District Supervisor Victor Angry, Dumfries Vice Mayor Monae Nickerson, etc.
