Thanks to Jon Sokolow for highlighting this new lawsuit in the ongoing fight against the environmentally destructive, economically nonsensical, fracked-gas Mountain Valley Pipeline boondoggle. I strongly encourage the Biden administration – which has clearly made the existential threat of the climate crisis a top priority, and which also aims to move our economy rapidly to clean energy – to do whatever it can to revoke permits for new fossil fuel projects such as this one.
