Charniele Herring’s HB2312 – “Eliminates criminal penalties for possession of marijuana for persons who are 21 years of age or older.” I strongly support legalizing marijuana, as long as it’s done in a thoughtful way that makes sense. Fortunately, it looks as if that’s exactly what’s happening here, with Democrats in charge…
