See below for a press release by Virginia NOW, and also some thoughts from Del. Mark Levine, on an “out-of-control Loudoun County Judge…drunk with power” who “put a domestic-violence victim in jail for days for contempt while letting her perpetrator walk free because she was nervous about testifying against the man who beat her.” Just appalling; this guy should NOT be a judge!

JOIN US IN PROTEST!NG [THURSDAY] AT NOON – LOUDOUN COUNTY COURTHOUSE

An out-of-control Loudoun County Judge is drunk with power. He put a domestic-violence victim in jail for days for contempt while letting her perpetrator walk free because she was nervous about testifying against the man who beat her.

The judge questioned the victim, and she told the truth that in the morning, long before the afternoon trial, she had had some cannabis to calm her nerves. Cannabis is now as LEGAL In Virginia as alcohol.

I don’t know whether this judge also jails domestic violence victims who have a couple sips of beer before testifying, but he appears to me to be drunk on power and seems to regularly hold people in contempt. See article below.

Sadistic scoundrels like this man should not be on the bench In Virginia. Come join us in protest TOMORROW AT NOON. See attached press release:

And make sure your local delegate/senator does not reappoint this man to the bench.
