See below for the latest COVID-19 statistics for Virginia, courtesy of the Virginia Department of Health (VDH) and the Virginia Hospital & Healthcare Association (VHHA). As you can see, total cases hit 1,087,400, up a whopping 12,112 since the Tuesday morning report, and up a massive 74,010 over the past 10 days…the highest since the pandemic began. As for hospitalizations according to VDH, we’re now at a cumulative 41,337, up 398(!) from 40,939 in the Tuesday morning statistics. And deaths are at 15,541, up 37 from 15,504 in the Tuesday morning statistics.
