As you can see, total cases hit 1,558,383, up 6,678 since the Tuesday morning report and up 106,670 over the past 10 days (that’s significantly lower than last Wednesday’s 10-day increase of 151,702); has the Omicron wave finally started to decline? As for hospitalizations, according to VDH, we’re now at a cumulative 47,556, down 54 (data adjustment?) from the Tuesday morning statistics (also, VHHA now has hospitalizations at 2,787…and on a downward trajectory).
