Members of the Virginia Senate and House of Delegates Call on Gov. Youngkin to Reverse New Telework Policy

RICHMOND, VA — Senators Ghazala Hashmi (SD10) and Jennifer McClellan (SD9), Delegates Betsy Carr (HD69), Jeff Bourne (HD71), Dawn Adams (HD68), Schuyler VanValkenburg (HD72), Sally Hudson (HD57), and Rodney Willett (HD73) sent the attached letter to Governor Youngkin in response to the Administration’s new telework policy that reverses established guidelines that allow agency heads to provide telework and flexible work options. Prior to this policy change, agency heads had discretion in collaborating with their workforce for flexible schedule options.
