Russet Perry Campaign Releases First TV Ad:  “For The Commonwealth”

The ad, “For The Commonwealth”, highlights Perry’s work as a prosecutor putting away violent criminals and contrasts with [Republican Juan Pablo] Segura who will criminalize abortions in Virginia

Leesburg, VA – Today, Russet Perry’s campaign released its first TV ad, “For The Commonwealth,” highlighting Perry’s work to protect Loudoun County families as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney prosecuting violent criminals and protecting the country as a CIA officer. The ad also contrasts Perry’s support for a woman’s right to make her own health care choices with her opponent, who will ban abortions in Virginia.

The 30-second ad will air in the DC media market and includes broadcast, cable, and digital platforms.

Watch: “For The Commonwealth”

“As a CIA officer and as a prosecutor, I worked every day to keep our country and our community safe,” said Russet Perry. “As a State Senator, I will continue to fight for the rights and safety of Loudoun and Fauquier families – protecting the right to choose, protecting our kids, and keeping families safe.”

Full “For The Commonwealth” Transcript:

Russet Perry for the Commonwealth. That’s how I began every case as a prosecutor for a decade. I put away sexual predators and murderers, working for both Republicans and Democrats.

Nothing matters more than keeping families safe. At the C.I.A., protecting the country was my job.

MAGA Republicans like Juan Pablo Segura want to ban abortions in Virginia. Criminalizing abortions is wrong.

I’m Russet Perry, candidate for senate, and I sponsored this ad.
