Here are a few international, national and Virginia news headlines, political and otherwise, for Monday, January 6 – a date that should live forever in infamy, as FDR once said about December 7, 1941. Except on January 6, 2021, it wasn’t a foreign power attacking us, it was our own president attempting to hold on to power through various means, including a violent mob of his supporters attacking our Capitol. And soon, that same president will be returning to the scene of the crime. Greeeaaaat.
