See below for a great Bluesky thread by Bulldogmom about worse-than-worthless Rep. Rob Wittman (R-VA01), who is doing absolutely NOTHING to protect his constituents from the real and severe harm coming from the Trump administration’s disastrous policies. So that’s the really bad news. The *good* news is that Wittman is potentially beatable next year, with a strong Democratic candidate and campaign, obviously assuming free-and-fair elections, and hopefully a “blue wave” election. If not, then VA01 will continue to get the horrendous (mis)representation described below.
P.S. This thread, by the way, could easily be applied to Rep. Jen Kiggans in VA02, Rep. John McGuire in VA05, Rep. Ben Cline in VA06, and Rep. Morgan Griffith in VA09. They’re all worse than worthless.
