- “Gas prices have gone up 47 cents…that combined with the declining job numbers…the stock market crashing…and we don’t know how long Iran will last…My fear is we are running down our munitions that intercept the missiles…And where does this end?”
- “What happens if those Iranian people go to the streets and are massacred? I think that will put an obligation on us, but I don’t think Americans want U.S. troops on the ground in Iran.”
- “We have the world’s best military, but we are always better with allies. And unfortunately, this president has literally insulted virtually all of our allies, put them down…”
