Here are a few national and Virginia news headlines, political and otherwise, for Thursday, August 11. Also, check out this video of Trump yesterday claiming President Obama and Hillary Clinton “founded ISIS,” and decide for yourself if Trump is: a) utterly evil; b) completely insane; c) a pathological liar; d) all of the above. I know, hard to choose.
