NEW DIGITAL AD: Northam Campaign Releases New Digital Ad On His Fight For Affordable Healthcare

Richmond, Va. – Today, Northam for Governor released a new digital ad highlighting his longtime advocacy for affordable, quality healthcare and his opposition to the AHCA, otherwise known as “Trumpcare.” The buy is substantial and the ad will run on Facebook and YouTube.

Lieutenant Governor Ralph Northam helped write the language to create the state exchange under the Affordable Care Act and to expand Medicaid. He continues to forcefully call out Republican efforts to repeal the Affordable Care Act with a law that would no longer require coverage of pre-existing conditions and could cause 24 million Americans to lose their health insurance.

This week the Northam campaign called on Donald Trump’s silent partner, Ed Gillespie, to explain his support for the bill and whether he will be a puppet who will cede to Donald Trump’s every last demand.
