Target has announced the recall of 175,000 four-drawer dressers that were sold exclusively by the national department store because of potential tipping and entrapment hazards the dressers pose.

The company says it has received a dozen complaints from consumers, who report their dressers tipped over or collapsed. In one incident, two three-year old children were trapped under the dresser when it fell. None of the complaints have cited any injuries.

The dressers, marketed under the Room Essentials brand, were sold at both stores on and on the company’s website, Target.com between January 2013 through April 2016. The recalled dressers came in three colors, black (model number 249-05-0103), espresso (model number 249-05-0106), and maple (model number 249-05-0109). The dressers sold for approximately $118.

If you have one of the recalled dressers, both Target and the Consumer Product Safety Commission advise to stop using the dresser immediately unless it is securely anchored to a wall and in a place where children do not have access to it. Consumers can contact the store for a full refund.
