Video: Va. House Dem Leader Toscano — “This is the budget that Virginians voted for” last November

Minutes after Virginia House Democratic Leader David Toscano spoke (see videos below) in support of a budget that expands Medicaid in the Commonwealth, and for what Virginians voted overwhelmingly last November, the GOP-controlled House of Delegates voted by a 2:1 margin to approve that budget. Definitely a big day for hundreds of thousands of Virginians, and for our state as a whole. Great work by everyone in passing this, shame on any Republican who STILL refuses to expand Medicaid, and now let’s get it done in House-Senate conference…
