Northam’s budget – investments in healthcare, education, assistance the neediest Virginians and other important priorities – with the Virginia GOP’s “proposed tax hand-out to the super rich.” The saying is that budgets reflect people’s values, and the wild contrasts between the Dems’ and Republicans’ priorities here certainly tell you a great deal about the parties’ divergent value systems.
