See below for the orders, issued earlier today by the US Army Corps of Engineers – Norfolk District Office, Wilmington NC District Office, Pittsburgh District Office – suspending authorization for work on Dominion’s Atlantic Coast Pipeline (ACP) project. Sadly for Dominion, this is an order that Ralph Northam can’t rig or override by firing its members or whatever. Poor Dominion CEO Tom Farrell must be soooo sad. LOL
