Mark Warner Strongly Supports the DREAM Act

Mark Warner is absolutely correct, and I thank him for co-sponsoring the DREAM Act. Unfortunately, Republicans are busy demagoguing what should be a totally non-controversial, commonsense piece of legislation. Why are they doing that? I’ve never heard an even halfway-intelligent explanation. Have you?
