In their first five months in control of the House, GOP leaders have prioritized fighting to privatize Medicare, eliminating funding for women’s health care and public radio, preserving subsidies for Big Oil, and refusing to raise taxes on the ultra-rich. And what has it gotten for rank-and-file GOP members? A playing field that suddenly tilts Democratic. Maybe time for people like Scott Rigell & Robert Hurt to start thinking for themselves before John Boehner & Eric Cantor run them right off a cliff? Nah, forget I said anything.
