Surovell’s superb explanation (starting at 9:30) of what the Virginia Republicans’ war on voting is all about, how it will work, and who will suffer because of it. As Del. Surovell says, it’s all politics – an attempt by Republicans to suppress voter turnout of people who tend to lean Democratic – as there’s never been a documented case of individual voter fraud in Virginia, and most likely never will be (Del. Surovell explains why that’s the case).
