So, can somebody please explain to me exactly what the president’s supposed to do about any of this in the short run, given that about his only lever is the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, which is ONLY supposed to be used in the even of a severe oil supply disruption (which we do NOT have now)? Uhhhhhhhhh.
