Mitt Romney’s Tax Returns: When Will He Come Clean?

Clearly, he's hiding something, or more like a LOT of "somethings," in his tax returns. My guess, for starters, is that there are years where he payed close to zero taxes. Also, god knows what pushing-the-envelope stuff's in there, borderline illegal, or even over-the-edge illegal. I'd say, as long as Romney keeps refusing to release his tax returns, we should assume that there's bad stuff in there, probably a lot of it. P.S. Assistant to Treasury Secretary under Bush 41 writes, "Rich people don't send their money to Bermuda or the Cayman Islands for the weather" and that it's "plausible, and potentially more damaging politically," that Romney "in 2009 he paid income taxes significantly below the 13.9 percent he paid in 2010."
