Frank O’Leary has done a superb job as Arlington County Treasurer since 1983. Among his many accomplishments, O’Leary lowered the County’s tax delinquency rate from around 9% in 1982 to less than 0.4% now. He will definitely be missed, but most importantly he leaves Arlington in great shape and in good hands. Thank you.
