Good choice by VP Joe Biden; he’s had a distinguished career, had basically no chance of winning the 2016 Democratic presidential nomination at this point, and will be better off focusing on electing Democrats in 2016. And with that, the likelihood of Hillary Clinton being the 2016 Democratic nominee…well, basically stayed at “close to 100%, where it’s been all along.” Heh.
