Unfortunately, this odious bill passed the Virginia House of Delegates (59-38) and Virginia State Senate (21-19). Fortunately, it will almost certainly be vetoed by Gov. Terry McAuliffe. Great job by Del. Marcus Simon demolishing the unconstitutional “logic” behind this bill, as expressed by the anti-LGBT extremists Del. Todd Gilbert (R) and Del. Bob Marshall (R). Also gotta love the snide, condescending little jab by Gilbert at Del. Vivian Watts (D) about supposedly not understanding what he’s saying. Actually, she understands very well!
