BREAKING: Ed Gillespie Throws Support Behind Donald Trump for President

From the Democratic Party of Virginia; this should automatically rule out Ed Gillespie for Governor of Virginia among any Virginian who believes Donald Trump to be a bigot, demagogue, buffoon, neo-fascist, etc.

“The Trump-Gillespie-Stewart platform would be nothing short of a disaster for Virginians,” said Emily Bolton of the Democratic Party of Virginia. “Ed Gillespie has serious questions to answer for voters about why he supports Donald Trump and his dangerous stances on women’s rights, immigration, and treatment of Muslim Americans.”

While Corey Stewart is Trump’s campaign chair in Virginia, Gillespie had been silent for months on the Presidential race.

With Gillespie’s newfound support of Trump, Virginians are left with several questions:

  • Does Gillespie support Donald Trump’s plan to build a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border?
  • Does Gillespie agree with Donald Trump that women should be punished for seeking abortions?
  • Does Gillespie agree with Donald Trump that Islam hates America and that Muslims should be banned from traveling to the United States?
