Excellent explanation by Rep. Bobby Scott (D-VA 03) about why the Affordable Care Act was working well. Rep. Scott also explains why Trumpcare/Ryancare will make thing much worse, “makes no sense,” and could very well be a “complete disaster” for the U.S. healthcare system. Just don’t do it!
