Remember that by not expanding Medicaid the past few years, Virginia Republicans have cost taxpayers and our economy billions of dollars, while denying hundreds of thousands of Virginians access to quality/affordable health care AND hurting hospitals (particularly in rural areas) AND being against the overwhelming majority of Virginians (not to mention many House of Delegates Republicans, including Speaker Kirk Cox!) who want to expand healthcare coverage. P.S. Note that these Chambers of Commerce represent more than 10,700 businesses in Virginia, with more than 1.3 million employees.

P.P.S. Also recall that 31 Virginia healthcare organizations recently issued a statement in support of expanded coverage
