Thanks to Prince William County School Board Chair Babur Lateef for reminding us all that today is the first day Virginians can vote in person via absentee ballot. As Babur Lateef explains: “There are a number of reasons to vote early — if you’re a student and you’re away for school you can vote absentee; if you’re gonna be traveling out of town; there’s a full list of reasons for how you can vote early…at the Virginia Board of Elections website.” Also, “while you’re on that website you can…order a mail ballot to be sent to your house…you can vote by mail as well.”
