This is so great to see…Prince William County Clerk of the Court Jacqueline “Jackie” Smith, whose resounding victory in April 2017 was, among other things, one of the first indications of a massive anti-Trump backlash, swore in Democrat Victor Angry a bit earlier today as the “first-ever African-American member of the [Prince William County] Board of County Supervisors!” Check out the video, below, including Angry’s swearing-in; Ernestine Jenkins (widow of long-time Supervisor John Jenkins, who passed away on February 6) congratulating and saying “in Victor Angry, the new Neabsco County Supervisor, you have a…very good man…you can trust him.” As Victor Angry (who won the special election Tuesday, with a resounding 74% of the vote) said, “this is a really big deal…I am in awe…I am ready to do the work of the people…noone ever had anything negative to say about John Jenkins…That is what I hope to carry on, that legacy of being the people’s supervisor.” Great stuff!
