See below for an interesting exchange yesterday between Virginia Trump campaign chair John Fredericks and 2020 VA GOP U.S. Senate nominee Daniel Gade on supposed “voter fraud.”
Fredericks: “I got people, you know, texting me about, well, Trump won Virginia, Dominion machines, there was fraud. Look, stop, we got beat by a half a million votes…Stop; there’s no half a million vote fraud in Virginia. We got killed.”
Gade: “Can I tell you a very brief story about that? So the Sydney Powell team called me and a couple other candidates
who were congressional candidates and we were all on this call like at the beginning of December or end of November. And they said hey, thanks for joining our lawsuit in Virginia. And you know they had this 45-minute presentation about how they were going to come in and sue everybody and you know overturn the results of the election. At the end of this I go hey listen, I’ve got a question and they’re like yeah, what’s the question? I go, what’s your evidence? what’s your evidence? Because I’m not going to sign on some nonsense lawsuit unless there’s evidence of voter fraud that you have. And they’re like there’s this long pregnant pause and they’re like, uh, we don’t have any evidence. And I was like thank you, call me when you do…So no, we didn’t lose because of voter fraud and the president didn’t lose because of voter fraud. We lost because Virginia is a is a bluish state and what we got to do is message better to people and try to flip them to our freedom agenda…guns, babies and Trump is not going to be a winning election message in the entire state…”
