Good Afternoon – The Virginia Supreme Court has denied a request for a petition for writ of mandamus, for a writ of prohibition, and for an injunction in the case of Adkins et al v. Virginia Redistricting Commission et al, which challenged certain portions of the ongoing redistricting process. The Court’s order is attached.
