Extremist/Insurrectionist Rep. Bob Good (R-VA05) Goes “full Stalinist,” Cosponsors House Resolution Condemning “CRT” as (Supposedly) Having “Marxist roots” and “pos[ing] a significant threat to the United States Republic”

If voters are foolish enough this November to put Trumpist/extremist Republicans in charge of the U.S. House, the following lunacy  – to quote conservative Bill Kristol, “going pretty full Stalinist, demanding Congress condemn political theories they don’t like as a way of mobilizing supporters and demonizing minorities” – is going to be disturbingly common. To read the resolution – introduced Friday by Rep. Dan Bishop (R-NC) and cosponsored by some of the absolute worst of the US House, including the odious Rep. Bob Good (R-VA05) – click here.  And this fall, if you live in VA05, make sure to: a) vote; b) vote BLUE, in this case for Joshua Throneburg, who unlike Bob Good is a mainstream, sane human being who’s not into conspiracy theorizing, demonization, racism, etc., but into working hard every day to make VA05 residents’ lives better (which is what the job of Congressman is SUPPOSED to be about, of course!).
