After Three Masked, Unbadged Men Supposedly From Homeland Security “raided a courthouse in downtown Charlottesville Tuesday, detaining two men without explanation,” VA Sen. Creigh Deeds and Del. Katrina Callsen Try to Find Out What’s Going On

Bottom line: you can’t have rule of law or a democracy, really, if you can have masked, unbadged people supposedly from Homeland Security just seize whoever they want, whenever/wherever they want, with no due process or transparency. So…good that State Senator Creigh Deeds and Del. Katrina Callsen are trying to get to the bottom of this disturbing incident (“Three men who identified themselves as Homeland Security officers raided a courthouse in downtown Charlottesville Tuesday, detaining two men without explanation”). But *damn* do we have major problems in this country right now, with the Trump administration defying court orders, acting lawlessly and recklessly, and with our entire constitutional order under sustained and vicious assault. Bad, bad, bad.
