RICHMOND, Va. — With less than one month until early voting begins in Virginia, Congresswoman Abigail Spanberger today released a new TV and digital ad — “Tour” — highlighting her relentless focus on lowering costs for Virginia families.
The new ad focuses on Spanberger traveling across the Commonwealth and listening to Virginians share their stories about the impacts of high costs — including young people concerned about the cost of housing, families feeling the strain on their wallets at the pharmacy counter, and Virginia consumers experiencing the sting of high energy bills.
Spanberger has previously announced her priorities for lowering Virginians’ healthcare and prescription drug, housing, and energy costs as part of her “Affordable Virginia Plan.” This summer, she completed her eight-day “Span Virginia Bus Tour,” which made 49 stops across all 11 of Virginia’s congressional districts.

Abigail Spanberger: As I travel across the Commonwealth.
Various Reporters: Abigail Spanberger … Spanberger … Spanberger kicked off her statewide bus tour.
Spanberger [Speaking to Virginians]: Every corner of Virginia the story is the same. The costs for families across Virginia in housing, in healthcare, in energy. Everyday just gets a little harder.
So we’ve got tough challenges that can’t be solved in 30-second ads, but I’ve rolled out plans and I’m ready to get to work to lower costs. And that’s what I’ll do as Governor.
V/O: Spanberger for Governor. Service. Country. Commonwealth.
