Democratic Nominee for Attorney General Jay Jones Releases Second Ad of the General Election

Norfolk, VA – Today, Democratic nominee for Virginia Attorney General Jay Jones released his second ad of the general election cycle, “Too Weak,” a robust, six-figure buy going up across the Commonwealth. The ad highlights MAGA Attorney General Jason Miyares’ failure to stand up to President Trump while Virginia’s economy suffers under the administration’s harmful policies, and includes footage of Miyares standing shoulder-to-shoulder with Trump at a campaign rally.

Just last week, a federal appeals court ruled in favor of twelve other AGs fighting Trump’s tariffs to protect their states. Miyares refused to join the lawsuit, putting loyalty to Trump over Virginians struggling with high costs.
